ConvergX^® began with a simple observation from our Founder, Dame Kimberly Van Vliet: organizations across different industries were often facing similar challenges, yet solving them in isolation, duplicating effort, increasing costs, and missing opportunities to learn from one another.

The challenge was rarely a lack of solutions. More often, it was a lack of connection. Organizations struggled to identify relevant expertise outside their own sectors, understand how solutions could be adapted to new environments, and navigate the path from capability to implementation.

What began as a curated cross-sector forum for senior decision-makers focused on real-world operational challenges has evolved into a global platform for collaboration, commercialization, and problem-solving. Today, ConvergX delivers an international Xchange, regional activations, and ConvergX Xpand—our consulting practice supporting clients across defence, aerospace, energy, mining, manufacturing, agriculture, aviation, and emerging technologies.
