Paola Torreblanca-Fischer

Paola Torreblanca-Fischer currently serves as Vice President & COO of Core Foundation, a private, not-for-profit organization from Indiana that works to promote economic development through science, technology, and innovation projects in Latin America. Her organization has developed strategic partnerships between universities, government, and private companies in North and South America. These efforts led to substantive reforms and initiatives that helped encourage applied research and entrepreneurship in agriculture, mining, environment, health, and commerce in various regions in Peru. Paola also founded ALNICO LLC., an international consulting company that brings together companies in the Americas to create long-lasting business relationships. In 2021, Universidad Nacional San Agustin Arequipa in Peru honored Paola and her brother Ricardo Torreblanca for their role in the internationalization and development of the first Research and Technology Park in Peru In 2017, Mrs. Torreblanca-Fischer received the Diploma of Honor from the Commission of Science, Technology, and Innovation of the Republic of Peru.
