Summit Day 1

The event begins Tuesday with an invite-only executive roundtable, followed by an all delegate opening keynote and evening cocktail reception. Wednesday and Thursday are full days of networking, interactive panel sessions and keynote presentations.

The entire event falls under Chatham House Rule, providing anonymity for all present. Delegates may use the information and repeat the knowledge learned but not disclose the source or the source’s company or affiliation.

Summit Day 2

The evening program for day two is designed to facilitate close interaction between delegates during a cocktail reception.

We begin by presenting the annual ConvergX® innovation awards to recognize X-sector applications in three ways: a pre-commercial technology, a successful X-sector project/joint-venture, and a company successfully working across sectors.

We are privileged to have noteworthy industry representatives and/or Ministers in attendance, who often give a few short words to the delegates.

After concluding the formal portion of the evening, delegates are invited to continue networking and enjoy sampling Scotch whiskies and hors d’oeuvres. This provides an ideal opportunity to make meaningful connections with their peers in industry, government and military.

Summit Day 3

The event begins with a hot breakfast and the first keynote of the day, followed by interactive panel discussions dispersed by a snack break.
We lead into a served hot lunch and keynote presentation with a reception and time to connect with your peers.
Afternoon interactive panel discussions and a final closing reception with a keynote speaker.
